Superfood Shamrock Shake
WHAT?! A nutritious Shamrock Shake you say? Count me in! A creamy, minty, tastes like ice cream shake that boosts your energy and tantalizes your taste buds. Jump on the spirulina train that is loaded with antioxidants and is anti-inflammatory. It can lower bad LDL and has been found to increase muscle strength and endurance as well as aid in blood sugar control.

Ingredients
1 Cup Coconut/Alternate Nut Milk
1 Cup Spinach
1/2 Cup Nut butter (Almond or Walnut)
14 Mint Leaves
1 TBSP Spirulina
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Ice cubes
1 Frozen Banana
Recipe
Blend ingredients in Vitamix/high powered blender in order of listing.
*Tip: Blenders work best when the liquid is added first. Drink up!!
