Grape Salsa

A little spicy, a little sweet, a lot surprisingly scrumptious.

IMG_4210 2.jpeg
Ingredients

3 cups Green Grapes
3 cups Red Grapes
1 Seeded and Chopped Jalapeno
1 Bunch Chopped Cilantro
1/4 Cup Olive oil or avocado oil
1/4 tsp Pink Himilayan Salt
Juice of 1 Lime

Recipe

1. Cut the grapes into 1/4. This is the most time consuming portion. Smaller pieces make for a better salsa.
2. Mix all remaining of the ingredients and let sit for at least two hours in the fridge to marinate.
3. Serve with crackers of your choice. We like Tortilla chips and Plantain Chips but whatever floats your boat!
