Tiffany's impact spans from private clients—including Ricki Lake, Robbie Williams, Lily Allen, India Arie, and Ciara—to leading organizations like Adidas and Equinox. Her signature program, Dance Brave™, emerged from her own healing journey after sexual assault and a childhood marked by disconnection. After exploring countless healing modalities, it was Erotic Embodiment that finally allowed her to feel resourced, grounded, and whole.

Today, Tiffany offers this integrative, body-based approach to help others reclaim their power—igniting clarity, desire, and profound self-love.

I help women reintegrate their sensuality into their everyday lives.

Self Care

Limited range of motion is often the result of scar tissue, repetitive stress injuries, or neuroplastic pain. Rehydrating connective tissue restores mobility and reduces injury risk, while creating the neurological safety your brain needs to release the pain response. With personal attention, we'll address your unique needs and get you feeling better faster than you'd expect!

Sensual Movement

The quickest way to shift any emotion is to move your body. Through this modality, both emotional pain and joy can be transmuted into a body that feels light and free. And yes, it's sexy, but not because you're trying to be. It's sexy because moving from an honest, present moment is inherently gorgeous! Some days that looks giddy, some days sad, angry, or feisty. At Dance Brave™, we celebrate all of it!

Meditation

You've probably heard it before: meditation changed my life, meditation healed my illness. Blah blah blah... Maybe you've tried it, felt like you couldn't do it, or decided it just wasn't for you because your mind won't go quiet. JOIN THE CLUB. Meditation isn't about reaching zero thought. It's a tool for beginning the journey into somatic awareness. It calms anxiety, brings clarity, supports physical healing, and deepens your relationship to the present moment, which is where life actually happens. I'll guide you into meditations that are genuinely accessible, and before long you'll find yourself craving stillness!
