About the event
Are you ready to plant a new seed?
Three months of curated support to begin your germination process of unfolding into more of who you truly are.
A combination of any of the following:
Dance Brave
Trauma Resolution
Parts Work
Targeted Journal Prompts
In person or by Zoom:
We meet once a week for 90 minutes.
You will have access to me via email for continued integration between sessions. I will get back to you within 48 hours (unless you add urgent to the subject).
I include homework and spot coaching.
