Dance Brave™ uses two modalities to exquisitely optimize your mind and body: Fascial Release and Erotic Embodiment.
This isn’t your typical dance class. There’s no choreography, and it’s less about how it looks and more about what emotions are being expressed. This is a movement practice that says “YES!” to every part of a woman – her sensuality, her power, her vulnerability, her rage, her joy, and everything in between.
Dance Brave™ is a somatic, trauma-informed embodiment practice for women who long to feel sensually unfrozen, connected to the erotic, and to deepen their relationship with intimacy. When women integrate with shadow aspects that present as fear of rejection, betrayal, and exile, we expand into our true essence of wholeness. Sensuality is turned off by shame, stress, and trauma. Dance Brave uses breath, movement, and sound to turn it back on.
Role Model Method™ reduces chronic pain, improves performance, addresses scar tissue, fascial adhesions, overused, underused, and abused connective tissue.
If you feel body shame, insecure, closed to intimacy, or inhibited from expressing yourself fully with others, the journey toward growth starts here. Dance Brave builds confidence and a sense of safety in your body. Discover how connecting to your sensuality is key to integrating yourself into wholeness. Dance Brave helps to regulate the nervous system, build strength, own your lusciousness, and love your vulnerability.
This is for every woman, bold or bashful, seasoned or brand new; every woman belongs!
What To Wear for Movement
I recommend you wear comfortable clothing that you can move and stretch in with ease, particularly fabrics that feel unrestrictive, invite flow, and feel good on your skin. I recommend layers as it can be fun to peel off some when you warm up. For the Fasica Massage section, loose fabrics can impede rolling, so I suggest wearing something form-fitting initially (or beneath a flowing top). However, you interpret this is exactly right; trust your instincts.
